12 Month U.S. Retail Entry Operating System™
⚙️ 01. Assess | 02. Adapt | 03. Activate | 04. Accelerate
* Just a 20-minute feasibility assessment.
The real problem is not the product.
It is the lack of a system.
Trade shows, brokers, and distributors promise access; months go by, SKUs do not move, and the budget evaporates. Misaligned regulations, pricing, and messaging slow growth for years.

Frequently Asked Questions
01. What does “guaranteed” mean in your model?
If we do not generate sales, we refund our pre-sales fees.
When we do generate sales, we share in the upside.
Our incentive is 100% aligned with your success.
02. What do I need to have ready before starting the process?
Stable production capacity (≥$10M USD per year), auditable quality standards, a team available for regulatory adjustments, and willingness to operate under a structured 12-month system.
03. How is INTEGRA different from a broker or distributor?
We do not represent multiple competing companies, nor do we charge static commissions.
We operate as your U.S. retail entry team: market analysis, product adaptation, compliance, pricing, category strategy, buyer negotiations, pilots, purchase orders, and expansion—always with real-time visibility into data and execution.
04. Do you work with multiple manufacturers per category?
No.
We maintain exclusivity by category/segment to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure focus, differentiation, and superior execution.
05. What happens if my product needs changes for the U.S. market?
We include that inside Module 02. Adapt: FDA-compliant claims, packaging, formats, regulatory adjustments, costs, pricing, and the full business case.
We deliver everything ready for buyer review, pilot execution, and shelf placement.
06. When can I expect meetings or initial purchase orders?
After completing Module 01. Assess and Module 02. Adapt, we activate buyer schedules in Module 03. Activate.
Meetings, pilots, and initial purchase orders depend on the category, buyer readiness, and each retailer’s planning window.
07. Do I need to certify my facility before starting?
Not everything needs to be ready in advance.
In Module 01. Assess, we define your USDA/FDA path and all requirements according to your category and target retailer.
08. Can you coordinate with distributors or brokers I already work with?
Yes, as long as there is transparency, willingness, and verifiable data.
If not, we take over execution directly, without intermediaries.
09. What internal investment should I expect during the process?
Resources for packaging adjustments, regulatory updates, samples, pilots, logistics, and initial promotions.
The bulk of the strategic work and commercial development is handled by our team.
10. What happens after the 12 months?
The goal is that by the end of the cycle you already have recurring purchase orders, an active commercial calendar, and ongoing expansion.
From that point forward, we accelerate repeat orders, protect margins, and manage the category end-to-end.
11. "And what if I only need Module 03. Activate and Module 04. Accelerate?"
We can start directly at those stages as long as your company is truly ready to sell in the U.S.
If during the Retail Entry Call and the Initial Discovery we determine that you do not need to go through Module 01. Assess or Module 02. Adapt, we proceed directly with commercial activation and expansion.
12. What types of retailers do you work with?
It depends on the category: national, regional, club, value, natural, specialty, or e-commerce retail.
We define the retailer map during Module 01. Assess, based on your product, P&L structure, format, and operational capacity.
